Fondant au chocolate

Fondant au Chocolate Recipe:


• 3 eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 115 gr (4 oz) chopped chocolate
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour


1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C);
2.In a large bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks and sugar until whiten;
3.Melt your butter on a medium heat, add in chocolate and stir until melt;
4.Remove from the stove and add in the egg and sugar mixture gradually, add in flour;
5.Pour in 4 ramequins and let it bake for 10 minutes;
6.Serve it hot with vanilla ice cream and berries;
